&So, the hotel has brought together the expertise of three luminaries in the Parisian restaurant scene: Julien Cohen (Pizza Chic, Grazie…) and the duo of Jean-Pierre Lopes/Thomas Delafon (Le Très Honoré, Bambou…). While Julien Cohen brings the culinary IT factor with his unmatched knowledge of Italian flavours, the combination of all three transforms the restaurant into a veritable culinary destination in its own right, where the finest ingredients achieve true perfection because of the talented chefs and bartenders who create them and the elegance and tactful style of the service staff. The entirety of the dining apparatus is open 7 days per week.
From Rue Réaumur to the patio of the hotel, le ristorante National is laid out in the style of a chic trattoria. The ristorante National welcomes you everyday for breakfast from 7.30am to 10.30am, lunch from 12.am ro 2.30pm and the week-end until 3.00pm, dinner from 7pm to 11pm and 11.30pm on thursdays, fridays ans saturdays.
Venetian-style tapas have a special name, and that is cicchetti, and now there is an eatery devoted entirely to them. These savory delights can be enjoyed at any time of day for a quick tasting, accompanied by a spritz, a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee.
The Cicchetteria National welcomes you every day from 11am to 23.30pm without reservation.
Stop in as often as you wish as the work day comes to an end! The Herbarium cocktail bar is the ideal hot spot for both Parisians and travelers, as well as all true lovers of premium spirits and signature cocktails.
Le bar Herbarium is opened every day withour reservation from 6pm to 2am.
